Jon is a New York State licensed and InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector (CPI)® with many years of experience in the fields of residential and commercial construction and home inspection. He is located in Roscoe, NY and serves the Catskills and surrounding counties.

He has wide ranging experience in the construction industry, including residential and commercial construction, crew training and construction project management throughout the U.S. and in Central and South America. He has operated an energy consulting firm for the last 9 years in New York and then expanded his range of services to include home inspections.

His experience and technical knowledge of construction and customer service provides a strong background to evaluate every critical area of a structure and to communicate his findings in a manner that is highly detailed yet easily understood by clients.

Jon strives to provide superior customer service and is always available to answer any questions clients may have about the home inspection process and his reports.

Having been raised in Sullivan County, Jon has a great depth of knowledge about the Catskill Mountains and surrounding areas.
